Clinical Package Validator v2.3 Release

NEHTA is pleased to announce it has released a new version (2.3) of the CDA Validator tool. Renamed the Clinical Package Validator (Validator) the tool helps vendors test whether a healthcare software system is producing clinical documents and clinical packages that conform to some applicable eHealth specifications.

Collaborative health community worked together to be eHealth ready

A proactive Capricorn Coast community is sitting pretty when it comes to eHealth records. The 150km stretch of tourist mecca coastline in Central Queensland centres on the town of Yeppoon where long-serving GP Dr Patricia Harris leads a health-tech wave of interest. All six general practices and most of the pharmacies on the ‘Cap’ Coast are eHealth-ready and thousands of patients are registered to use the eHealth record system.
