NEHTA proud to be a Privacy Awareness Week (PAW) partner

Privacy Awareness Week (PAW) is an initiative of the Asia Pacific Privacy Authorities forum (APPA) held every year to promote awareness of privacy issues and the importance of the protection of personal information. Privacy Awareness Week 2013 is from 28 April to 4 May 2013 and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) will celebrate the week with a series of events and the release of new privacy guidance and products. Their focus for PAW 2013 is privacy law reform.

Supply Chain goes West

In February Supply Chain representatives from the National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) met with Health Corporate Network (HCN), provider of Shared Services to WA Health, and a number of WA Health stakeholders to review the progress made in their use of the National Product Catalogue, the NEHTA eProcurement solution and to discuss future electronic trading initiatives.
