The National Clinical Terminology and Information Service (NCTIS) operates a service desk as a central point of support for our customers.  Service enquiries, feedback, incidents and/or requests can be submitted to the NCTIS Service Desk.  

Standard hours of operation are 0800hr-1700hr (EST-Brisbane) Monday to Friday.  These hours of operation exclude public holidays within Queensland; dates of these holidays can be accessed via the Queensland Government website.
