Solution Architect, Architecture

Darwin
Working as a NEHTA representative on the Northern Territory eHealth program, this role is responsible for delivery of applications systems requirements and design in alignment with NEHTA e-Health architecture.
The role will be required to analyse and devise business and technical solutions to the problems posed by stakeholders in a complex environment. This includes responsibility for up front business analysis, and acting as an intermediary between end-users and project streams to ensure that IT solutions meet user requirements.
The successful candidate will be part of a small but dynamic multi-disciplinary team, and must be able to provide expertise and assistance across the project lifecycle from requirements through design, development and acceptance testing.
 

Senior Project Manager, Engagement, Adoption and Collaboration

Darwin
The key purpose of the role is to coordinate the implementation of NEHTA’s products within and across jurisdictions, with an initial focus on the Northern Territory and South Australia. This includes managing the development, adoption, planning and delivery of strategically important NEHTA collaborative projects and initiatives within the Northern Territory; working directly with the NT Department of Health and Families, SA Health and other eHealth stakeholders in the NT and SA to support the alignment and adoption of NEHTA products and specifications; assist in the development of a professional services capability which will provide a consistent and repeatable approach to project delivery with collaboration partner projects and working with Project Managers to ensure the application of Project Management discipline to the coordination, management and support of complex NEHTA Collaboration projects to ensure business outcomes are delivered on time, fit-for-purpose and are in line with the agreed work program/s.
   

Systems Safety Engineer, Clinical Unit

Brisbane
The role of the Systems Safety Engineer is to ensure that appropriate systems safety engineering considerations are taken into account in the assessment of Clinical Safety and to ensure that Clinical Safety related requirements are identified, communicated and tested. The Systems Safety Engineer will also provide advice and on the job training on appropriate safety engineering techniques to the Clinical Safety Managers to enable them to write the Hazard Assessment Reports and Clinical Safety Management Reports.

As a new initiative in the development of NEHTA’s E Health Programs of work, a new team has been created. There are currently three opportunities for Clinical Safety Managers appointed to each NEHTA Program. Clinical Safety Unit Manager, Clinical Unit

An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Safety Unit Manager at NEHTA. In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership for Clinical Safety Management across NEHTA, implementing and managing end to end Clinical Safety management activities across all NEHTA programs. In addition you will be responsible for managing a newly created team of Clinical Safety Managers and Safety Engineers.

This role will be responsible for coordinating across a number of operational and production teams to manage the production and release of the CTI products. The position will take overall management and coordination responsibilities of NCTIS releases. It will involve Build & Release process monitoring and review in accordance within the ITIL framework, and taking process ownership for all NCTIS Release Management.
   

Conformance Test Analyst, CCA

This position is for a conformance test analyst to form part of a team that delivers, maintains and supports Conformance Test Specifications in support of NEHTA e-health specifications. The test analyst will be responsible to producing test scenarios, test cases and procedures and reporting status to the CCA test lead. The test lead will also be able to participate in consultation with other NEHTA project teams and externally with industry technical staff to represent the CCA team as necessary to construct and gain feedback and support for the team’s deliverables.
   

Senior Assessment Analyst, CCA

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality professional business analysis and methodology leadership to the task of creating schemes for assessing compliance and conformance to NEHTA specifications; provide guidance for CCA’s Test Lead and test analysts by applying a risk and impact analysis to determine the areas of focus for software conformance testing; provide a lead role in risk management to assist in the development of CCA methodologies for risk-based assessment and assist CCA and the Engagement and Collaborations teams in the pro-active promotion of the benefits of compliance and conformance assessment to health jurisdictions, healthcare providers and vendors.

The purpose of this role is to understand the stakeholder context of a Delivery program and to co-design the activities required to meet the needs and issues of the program and stakeholders at given points in time. The role will become a virtual team member of the Initiative team(s) to which they are allocated and will work closely with the Program lead to develop and deliver the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) for the Delivery program. Certification Lead, Compliance, Conformance & Accreditation (CCA)

The purpose of this role is to lead the definition and development of a national certification capability in support of the NEHTA strategic initiative to establish a certification function for e-health software compliant with NEHTA specifications and complementary to the CCA function for compliance and conformance assessment. This is a senior role with leadership responsibilities for certification outcomes across the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Subject Matter Expert, Diagnostic Imaging (6 month contract)

The purpose of this position is to provide detailed Diagnostic Imaging industry knowledge to the Diagnostic Imaging Program and to other teams within NEHTA in developing standards and specifications for the industry and to apply Project Management discipline to the coordination, management and support of the project/s to ensure business outcomes are delivered on time, are fit-for-purpose and are in line with the agreed Diagnostic Imaging work program.

This position is for a Test Lead to coordinate a team that delivers, maintains and supports Conformance Test Specifications - composite deliverables comprising scenarios, test cases and procedures - in support of NEHTA Specifications. The Test Lead will coordinate team members’ work effort and be responsible for scheduling and reporting status to the CCA Manager. The test lead will also coordinate external consultation, coordinate testing activities in other NEHTA teams for consistent approach and represent the CCA team where necessary to gain feedback and support for the team’s deliverables.

The Enterprise Architecture role (working in the Architecture Services group) will guide and support the development of business, information and technical architectures for national e-health solutions based upon business requirements provided by domain experts. They will provide architectural consulting and review services to internal and external groups. The architect will also build a comprehensive set of architectural blue prints from which future architectures can leverage common architecture patterns.
